How to have meetings scheduled for you
CC Joshu on a scheduling thread or ask in chat, phone, or Slack. Joshu reads your calendar, proposes times, and books the meeting with the right attendees and video link.
CC Joshu on any email thread about scheduling, or start in chat, phone, Slack, or Telegram. Joshu checks live free/busy on your Google Calendar, proposes slots that fit your working hours, and keeps negotiating until the meeting is confirmed.
How to start by Email
Introduce Joshu once ("copying my assistant to find a time") or CC its email. Approve the send if you use approval gates.
How to start by talking to your Joshu
Just start a chat with your Joshu, which can be via chat online, a phone call, or any direct channel you have set up (slack, telegram, and more).
What Joshu does
Joshu watches meeting mail on the inboxes you connect and on its own address. When a thread needs a time, it checks live free/busy on your Google Calendar, proposes slots that fit your working hours, and keeps going until there is a confirmed time. Then it puts the event on your calendar with the right attendees. Google meet, Zoom, or whatever you like is added and managed.
Meeting changes? Not a problem!
We know stuff happens. If someone in your party can't make the meeting, all they need to do is let your Joshu know and they will scramble to find a new time. Your Joshu will deal with timezones, meeting agenda -- just like a professional executive assistant!
Joshu can take this from here.
Claiming your Joshu is free. Full service is $95 a month, with no token fees, no resets, and no caps.
