AI scheduling assistant

The fastest way to use Joshu as a scheduling assistant is to CC its email on any thread that needs a time. Joshu reads the conversation, checks live free/busy on Google Calendar or Outlook, proposes slots, and books the meeting with the right video link.

Example flow

1. You email a guest: “Copying my assistant to find time next week.”
2. Joshu replies with 2–3 options in your tone.
3. When someone confirms, Joshu creates the calendar event and sends the invite.

Compared to other tools

• Calendly links — great for inbound booking, weak on multi-party email threads.
