How to share files and knowledge
Make a folder, drop files in (or sync them), hit share, and you're done. Joshu can send a download link, stand up a chatbot that only answers from those files, or drop a helper into Slack.
One of the most common things business owners do is answer questions. Finding a file. Helping an employee. Helping a customer. If the answer is already written down somewhere, that's a lot of tedious work. Your Joshu can take that for you.
The idea is simple: knowledge usually lives in files, so sharing it should feel like sharing a folder. Make a folder, drop files in (or sync them from Drive or Dropbox), hit share, and you're done.
How to share a folder
Put the files on Joshu's desktop, or connect Drive / Dropbox and point Joshu at the folder. Right-click, Share, copy the link. Guests only see what you shared. Not the whole internet, and not your private mail.
How to help customers on the web
Share a public chat that only answers from those files. Someone can ask "what's the warranty on this fridge" and get a precise answer from the manufacturer docs you dropped in, not a guess.
How to help a teammate in Slack
Share the same folder into a private Slack channel. Your team asks in Slack; Joshu answers from the files. Same knowledge, where people already work.
What Joshu does
Imagine you own a neighborhood appliance store. Appliances come with a pile of manufacturer information, and finding the right answer is hard for employees and customers alike. Picking the right appliance usually takes a lot of detailed questions.
With Joshu, that pile becomes a folder. Share it as a download, a customer chat on the web, or a Slack helper for your team. Answers stay scoped to what you put in the folder.
Already written down? Not a problem!
If the answer lives in a PDF, a spec sheet, or last year's deck, you don't have to keep repeating it. Drop it in the folder and let your Joshu field the questions, just like a sharp assistant who actually read the manual.
Joshu can take this from here.
Claiming your Joshu is free. Full service is $95 a month, with no token fees, no resets, and no caps.
