Fathom
What you can hand off with Fathom
“What commitments did I make to the client during the kickoff call in Fathom?”
Joshu reviews the Fathom summary and action items, listing your promises with timestamps on your desk.
“Search past Fathom calls for any discussion about enterprise SLA terms.”
Joshu queries your meeting transcripts, extracts exact quotes from attendees, and links to recording snippets.
“Turn yesterday's Fathom recap into an executive email update.”
Joshu condenses the discussion into clear decision points, drafting the email for your approval.
Connect Fathom so the action items and key decisions captured during video calls turn into concrete deliverables without manual note-taking.
What Joshu does
Joshu reads meeting summaries and word-for-word transcripts from your Fathom library, identifying commitments you made to clients or teammates. It turns those action items into email drafts, project tasks, and morning briefs so nothing agreed upon in a call is forgotten.
What you do
Authorize Fathom with OAuth in Joshu's connector panel. Choose which teams or recordings Joshu can access. Review proposed follow-up emails and task assignments from Joshu's desktop before anything sends out.
Why it sticks
Notetakers record what happened, but somebody still has to do the follow-through. Joshu bridges that gap, taking what Fathom recorded and drafting the next steps immediately.
Permissions and limits
Joshu operates with read-only access to meetings and summaries visible to your authenticated Fathom account. It cannot modify recordings or change organization sharing permissions. Access can be revoked anytime through Fathom settings.
Frequently asked questions
Joshu connects to Fathom through Composio-managed OAuth as a read-only integration. It searches meeting transcripts, retrieves AI summaries, and extracts captured action items. You work with an assistant who has a desk, a computer, and persistent memory, not a collection of meeting recordings you never have time to review.
Yes. Every Joshu runs in its own isolated, sandboxed cloud computer. Summaries, speaker names, and transcripts Joshu reads stay in that private sandbox. Joshu only accesses meetings authorized by your Fathom account, and your data is never used to train public AI models.
No. The connection is strictly read-only. Joshu cannot delete, alter, or share your Fathom recordings. It uses meeting context solely to draft emails, update task lists, and prepare briefs on your desk.
Meetings, AI summaries, action items, transcripts, and speaker details accessible to your authenticated Fathom account. It cannot view calls from teams or workspaces you do not belong to.
Fathom captures the call and generates notes. Joshu puts those notes to work—converting action items into real project tickets, drafting recap emails in your voice, and remembering what clients said weeks later when new questions arise.
Joshu is $95 a month with a simple flat rate. That includes your sandboxed cloud computer, a dedicated US phone number, an @joshu.me email address, eight-level cortex memory, and all tool connectors, including Fathom. Works with any active Fathom account.
