Connect Joshu to Google Calendar
Joshu books, holds, and protects time on the Google Calendar you actually use.
Scheduling runs on the Google Calendar that already runs your day. Joshu reads free/busy, creates holds, and writes confirmed events with attendees and video links.
What Joshu does
Joshu reads availability across the calendars you connect, proposes times that respect your working hours, and creates events when a thread confirms a slot. It can add Google Meet links, move events when someone declines, and include the day's schedule in your morning brief. Meeting scheduling over email uses this calendar live, not a separate shadow calendar.
What you do
Connect Google Calendar alongside Gmail (same OAuth flow). Set working hours and which calendars Joshu may book on. Confirm the few holds that need a human yes if you use approval gates.
Why it sticks
Joshu writes to the calendar you already use, not a second schedule you have to reconcile.
Permissions and limits
Joshu can read free/busy and create events only on calendars you authorize. It cannot see calendars you keep private in Google. Shared calendars follow the same permissions Google already enforces for your account.
Joshu can take this from here.
Claiming your Joshu is free. Full service is $95 a month, with no token fees, no resets, and no caps.
