Connect Joshu to Gmail

Let Joshu read and help run the Gmail inbox you already live in. Triage, drafts, and follow-up, without a second mailbox to check.

Connect a Google Workspace or personal Gmail account so Joshu can triage threads, draft replies, and follow up from the inbox you already check every morning.

What Joshu does

Joshu keeps a working memory of the threads you share. It can label and archive noise, surface what needs you, propose replies with full thread context, and send from its own Joshu address when you want a clean handoff. When you CC Joshu on scheduling mail, it reads the same Gmail thread and coordinates with Google Calendar.

What you do

Open Connectors in Joshu's desktop and authorize Gmail with Google OAuth. Choose which labels or inboxes Joshu can see. Decide whether Joshu sends as you, as itself, or waits for approval on outbound mail.

Why it sticks

Gmail is where the work already is. Joshu reads it instead of asking you to forward every message into a chat box.

Permissions and limits

Joshu only accesses mail in accounts and labels you explicitly connect. It cannot read other Google accounts on the same login unless you add them. You can revoke access anytime from Google Account security settings or from Joshu's connector panel.

Joshu can take this from here.

Claiming your Joshu is free. Full service is $95 a month, with no token fees, no resets, and no caps.
