Connect Joshu to phone and SMS

Every Joshu gets a real US phone number for voice and SMS. You text it, call it, and get a morning brief the same way you would from a person on your team.

What Joshu does

Voice and text land on the same memory as email and the desktop. A call about a vendor shows up in tomorrow's brief. An SMS "handle this" becomes real work on Joshu's desk. You can ask for a research run or schedule change by phone without opening an app.

What you do

Use the number Joshu assigns at claim time. Add it to contacts like any colleague. No separate mobile app is required; standard phone and SMS apps work.

Why it sticks

Busy people already run the day on text and calls. Joshu meets you there instead of forcing another interface.

Permissions and limits

Only numbers you configure can reach Joshu's line for approvals in some setups. Joshu does not read your personal contact list unless you connect additional channels. Standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply.
