Connect Joshu to GitHub

Let Joshu see issues, pull requests, and the repo trail so follow-up and status are not a tab you forgot to open.

Issues, pull requests, and release notes can show up in briefs and follow-ups without you living in github.com.

What Joshu does

Joshu can check what shipped, what is blocked, and what needs a nudge, then write the update in the channel you actually use: mail, Slack, or a morning brief. It references real issue and PR links instead of inventing status.

What you do

Connect the orgs and repos that matter. Scope read access to production repos if you prefer. Keep private forks disconnected until you need them.

Why it sticks

GitHub is a source of truth for engineering work. Joshu reads it instead of asking "any updates?" in standup.

Permissions and limits

Joshu uses GitHub OAuth scopes you approve. It cannot see private repos in orgs you do not authorize. Write actions (comments, labels) follow rules you set in Joshu.

Joshu can take this from here.

Claiming your Joshu is free. Full service is $95 a month, with no token fees, no resets, and no caps.
